The Statewide Planning Advisory Council (SPAC) is an advisory group created by the Alabama Commission on Higher Education for the purpose of crafting the 2009 to 2014 state plan for higher education/postsecondary education in Alabama.

Membership

This is a public website for obtaining information about the council and its activities. The website is also a workplace for the members of the council, where they will collaborate and share information as they develop Alabama's higher education plan. Registration and membership to the website is limited to ACHE staff and council members only.
